    I never understood why Scrooge McDuck was related to the Duck family with his different last name. And I’m pretty sure he is the only duck character to either not be “First Name, Duck”. He seemed to actually have a last name. So maybe his full name was Scrooge McDuck Duck.

    Side Note: Scrooge McDuck has continuing adventures to this day in France. He is wildly popular here, and goes by the name of Picsou (in English “coin pincher”).
